Loader is one of the most important types of the construction machinery and is also been widely applied in engineering construction and civil construction. The design of loader's working device is the most important part in the design of a loader and plays a critical role in the function of the shovel loader. However, traditional analysis and design method fail to keep in pace with the rapid development of current loader as well as the fierce competition of the field. Loader and its equipment are modern machinery which combines machinery, electronics and hydraulic pressure together and manifests high technology such as information and laser as well as aesthetic art. The design theory and method of the engineering machine is on its way to remote control, automation and intelligentization. Basing on this, this dissertation carries out the three-dimensional parameterized modeling and finite element analysis of the working device of shovel loader. Main tasks are as follows:1. Research on characteristic modeling, parameterized design technology and its implementation method.It discusses the conception, characteristic and procedure of characteristic modeling, the characteristic of parameterized design, parameterized model, and parameterized design of secondary development technology based on Pro/ENGINEER.2. Establish three-dimension model bank of Shovel loader's working device.Taking ZL50G Shovel loader as the reference, make models of working components through the Pro/E software and process designing of constraints and parameters. And then under the Pro/E conditions, virtual installation is carried out to build the three-dimension model sample for the secondary development.3. Parameterized modeling of Shovel loader's working device.Adopting the Pro/TOOLKIT module in the Pro/E and taking the VC++6.0 as platform, process the secondary development and design the three-dimension parameterized out-drawing system of the working device. When the optimized parameters are put in this system, the working three-dimension drawing will be established automatically so as to realize the function of outputting the drawings with required parameters.4. Make a dynamic analysis of working device and an analysis of finite element.Analyze dynamically the completed working device to check for the interference. And analyze ANSYS finite element structure respectively according to different situations. Find out the deformation and stress distribution of the components with load and then judge whether the components are suitable on the basis of the design.
