| The software system is a computer program used in the design of DTⅡ(A) by using of VB as well as Access Database and with Type DTⅡ(A) Belt Conveyor Drawings Manual for Designing as the original version. It is intended to be a design tool and computational aid to experienced conveyor design engineers. Correctly employing the program together with good engineering judgment and conveyor design experience, users can quickly arrive at the conveyor design data.The software system has been verified against operating conveyor system. When used by an engineer familiar with conveyor design methods, the program functions as a powerful design tool, providing uniform, accurate, and rapid computations. The formulae and calculation methods of the software system are based upon the methods and data published by the Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association (CEMA).The software system operates by reading an input file, analyzing the data, and then writing the final calculations to an output file. The results of type-selection and calculation are output in the form of designing specifications (Word format) ,the name of the components, specifications, code-named, number and so on are output in the form of schedule (Excel format) .Finally, the profile is drew automatically according to the an input file. |
