At present, there is a series of problems such as the machine chooses, progresses control etc in mechanized construction in our country, these bring about lots of waste of the mechine-shift costs. We reasonably choose construction machines based on construction project. If machines amount are definite, the main planning is how to reduce engineering cost, shorten time limit for a project, enhance engineering quality, optimize the society resource and save the society labor, moreover optimize the construction schedule of highroad construction, and this is the main problem that this topic thesis research needs to be resolved .The paper discuss the key technology of asphaltum road surface construction, confirming the mechanized construction appraisal targets, discussing the mechanical capability, studying the mechanical match copy with reason, establishing network model, research the possibilities distribution of the procedure time and the analysis algorithmthe of stochastic network; the research is based on actual engineering, construction schedule is carried with random network and arrow diagram, through contrast analysis between them, further confirming that the random network even can imitate the engineering fulfillment in certain construction planning and scheduling document, and can get more ideal time of completion.
