The thesis began with concrete mixing theory, according to the movement of concrete mixture and the mutual effect-relation between the mixing mechanism and mixture in the mixing process. It is considered that a good combination of material circulating moving and material mutual action need to be obtained for the mixture in the perfect mixing process. According to this mixing purpose, the author researched the matching between the vane area of the mixer and vane numbers of the mixer, giving the design guide line of the ratio of the material forced to move by the vane to the output of the mixer. By experimental study, they were discovered that the effect of the different match between vane area and the vane number to mixing result, and the good match relations between them, and the confine of the ratio of the material forced to move by the vane to the output of the mixer, and it was given that the design principle of the two parameters of the vane areas and the vane number. Finally, the author provided the conclusions and the suggestions, discovered the reasonable match of vane areas and vane numbers improving the mixing performance of the mixer, enhancing mixing efficiency and mixing quality, reducing power consuming also, caused to that energy maximize consumption in the material stirring. It is suitable for the upgrade of all forced action mixers and the development of new mixing equipments.
