| In the widely used of the hydraulic equipment, hydraulic motor as an important executive component, its performance and life to a large extent determines the entire hydraulic system working ability.In the existing vane motor, in order to achieve the multi-stage speed and torque output, you must use the throttle valve, pressure reducing valve and other energy components to change the input pressure and flow rate, reduce the efficiency.Double motor rotor blades in a shell are independent of each other, a motor, through changing the oil export connection can output different torque and rotational speed, do not need to use of energy components, thereby reducing energy consumption and improve the efficiency.Firstly, this paper based on the current research situation and development trend of hydraulic motor, a new type of double rotor vane motor is proposed.Through the introduction of the principle of a new type of vane motor, the structure of the motor is designed and modeled with the 3D drawing software Solid Works, and the displacement of the motor is calculated.Through the introduction of the new motor principle of the blade, designed the structure of the motor and modeling of three-dimensional graphics software Solid Works, and motor displacement calculated.The rotational speed of the motor analysis, analysis of different combinations of the torque ripple at the motor, and draw out the motor torque cycle curve using MATLAB software.The leakage form of the new motor is analyzed and calculated to find out the main factors affecting the leakage of the motor.Key(vane and stator) and parts of motor for stress analysis and formula derivation, the analysis shows that leaves the advantages and disadvantages, and the blade proposed the improvement method and obtain the stator in different ways of working force formula and on the stator and the inner rotor and outer rotor, should stress simulation analysis.By using the FLUENT software to simulate the inlet flow passage of the internal and external motors, the pressure cloud, the velocity vector diagram and the velocity contour of the internal flow field are obtained, and the optimal structure design is analyzed.On the basis of the experimental contents of the motor, the design of the experimental system of the motor diagram and its completion of the experimental platform to build.After the experiment, the experimental data are analyzed and processed to obtain the required motor parameters. Through the analysis of the data, verify the feasibility of the new structure of the dual rotor blade motor in principle. |
