With the increase in production of emulsion explosives, the production process all types of accidents are also increasing. This paper studies the basic structure of PCP(Progressing cavity pump), detail analysis the PCP's rotor, stator-type line equation and contact sealing line mathematical expression to explain the working principle of PCP, and through finite element analysis of the snail rod pump rotor in the bush in the movement carried out a simulation. Has set up a screw pump pumping emulsion matrix test bed to study the working parameters and the working environment of PCP performance characteristics were investigated. Through the study of operating characteristics of the screw, analysis of temperature, pressure and suction air drying of the screw safety implications, a detailed analysis of screw conveyor emulsion matrix in the process of risk factors. Finally, By pumping in the process of working conditions and explosion risk analysis of the consequences of Analysis, on the pumping process of the safety evaluation, which as a screw used to protect the safety of the process provides a useful help.
