shaped charge jet projectile was used first in the Second World War. Shaped charge warhead use usually metal liner. After charge and detonation occur, detonation wave squeezes the top of liner forming the jet of penetration armor so that the projectile possesses outstanding anti-armor ability. The construction of shaped charge is still used for various missiles, artillery projectiles, mines and else weapons for antitank and anti-armor. Our country has being researched individual rocket in many years.80 mm,93 mm rocket projectile and etc have researched and produced successively. Along with protective capability of armored vehicle strengthening, we must be enforced to research a stronger individual rocket for armor penetration ability.The article studies emphatically the influence of liner's construction, material and baffle plate shape on armor penetration depth under high burst point height conditions combining with the research of individual HEAT projectile. We point at the main factor causing a wider penetration depth jump range. We are searching for a practicable scheme raising armor penetration warhead power and study a method of narrowing penetration depth jump rang with normal technology. A optimal warhead charge construction has been presented and the basic size is followed:cone angle is 55°, wall thickness is 2.0 mm and liner bottom diameter is 76 mm. The result can meet the requirement of master design through static and dynamic armor piercing test. It has arrived and exceeded technical level of the internal existing armor piercing warhead.
