To enrich the means of short-range anti-missile, This paper focuses on penetration into themissile warhead case in order to alter the stability of the missile or explosive it, thuseffectively protects command center or important military equipment. According to typicaland conventional shaped charge models and missile models in domestic and foreign, theLS-DYNA software was used to build finite element model of shaped charge and equivalenttarget simplified of a missile. Taking into account of the processing errors of the liner and theassembly errors of the fuse,50kinds of numerical schemes was established to penetrate intothe target on numerical simulation. The generated450data was analyzed by the Originsoftware to compare the situation of the Shaped Charge Jet and the damage situation of thetarget to provide a simulation foundation.In Simulation Analysis of the influence of the penetration into the target, which causedby the initiation point deviation, the displacement offset or the misalignment angle of theinner and outer shafts of the liner, some conclusion could be drawn. Target movementdirection is positive. When the detonation point offset is negative, the liner outer shaft offsetis positive or the liner outer shaft offset angle is positive, the Jet head will form a right offsetand a radial velocity in consistent with the direction of movement target, Resulting in areduced ability to jet penetration late, a longer time of penetration through the target and alarger hole diameter and volume, which caused some damage in the stability of the missile.When the detonation point offset is positive, the liner outer shaft offset is negative or the linerouter shaft offset angle is negative, the Jet head will form a left offset and a radial velocity incontrast with the direction of movement target, Resulting in a smaller hole diameter andvolume, an inconspicuous damage in the target and a relatively good remaining axial velocity of the jet penetrated through the target,which could detonate explosives. When the assemblyerrors and Processing errors superimposed on each other, the axial velocity was relativelyreduced,and the penetration capability was relative weakening. Because of the radial velocityof the jet and the velocity of the target, the ability of destruction was potentially expanded inthe radial direction, showing that the through-hole diameter and volume correspondingincreased.By the simulation analysis of the errors of the liner and fuse, it was provided afoundation between the various errors of warhead in cooperation and coordination toinfluence the penetration into the missile to a minimum.
