| Power supply company is public service industry that bears the important responsibility of the power supply.Its responsibility includes not only the sale of electricity,but also the collection of the payment of electricity consumption which is crucial for the interests of the state and enterprises.Electric larceny violates the law and results in high loss of state-owned assets and disruption of the power supply order.In a power supply area with serious stealing behaviors,the electrical supply environment will be destroyed.How to effectively anti theft is an important task for all power supply enterprises.This paper begins with the principle of electricity measurement and discusses a variety of common electricity stealing methods and introduce some new emerging high-tech electricity stealing tricks.According to different electricity stealing tricks,corresponding identification method and criterion for electricity filching detection are put forward which provide theoretical support for rapid and accurate judgment of stealing behavior.Besides,the practical application case in Jiangmen power grid is analyzed.Based on comprehensive application of electricity stealing monitoring,identification and evidence acquiring methods,this paper put forward an integrated scheme of anti-stealing information system for distribution network.The system architecture,main functions design,and central system function realization etc.are planned.Some key technology including the judgment of the electricity stealing behavior and the anti-stealing measures are discussed in detail.Application of technology,including deployment of the program and the terminal equipments of the anti stealing master system in Jiangmen power grid are introduced.The effect and benefits of the project implementation are reviewed and analyzed.Along with the electric power market reform and the development of smart grid,distribution network anti-stealing technology will arouse more attention and concern.Make full use of wide area monitoring,sensing and data analysis technology to realize intelligent and systematic monitoring and electricity stealing prevention will become the future direction of development.This work provides a good reference for the construction of anti theft system and distribution enterprises. |
