With the gradual open up of the domestic market, the domestic medical device market is becoming more competitive. For GEH, The transfer and redesign of anesthesia machine controller to enter the Chinese market is a new enterprise business growth. In this case, how successful completion the redesign project of anesthesia machine control module, how to effectively project risk management becomes GEH concerns problems.Firstly, according to the current research project risk management, anesthesia machine control module to design project risk management problems are analyzed, By integrating theory and practical methods of project planning, risk identification, risk analysis, risk qualitative/quantitative risk response and control, risk management techniques are studied. First, the author use the project risk management, the project identification technique based on different phases of the life cycle of risk analysis of comprehensive recognition. Then using qualitative and quantitative methods to control instrument anesthesia machine design project of the key risk factors and quantitative risk assessment. Finally using a variety of combination plan strategies for risk response and risk control, so as to reduce risks and ensure the success of project goals. Author of anesthesia machine control module to design project risk management method and key techniques discussed in detail, This methods gives certain practical value for medical device project risk management.
