As globally low&medium end manufacturing industry overcapacity,national and local government is initiating to adjust the layout of industry and promote industrial upgrading.For most manufacturing enterprises,in the past year they have been adapt to grow and make profit by economies of scale and cost advantage,particularly in the electronics manufacturing industry.Now with the accelerate for consumer electronics upgrading to accelerate,which directly affect the economies of scale and scope of the original economic model,these manufacturing enterprises are requested to adjust their management operation mode to align these changes.In this case,these enterprises are urgent need to find new business of growth model and optimization of the original management operation mode.Medical project as a typical representative of high reliability solution(HRS)product line,with its higher margins and long product life cycle,caused widespread concern and participation of large manufacturing enterprise.Medical project management optimization in F Company is one of the more successful cases.To analysis F medical project management optimization process,draw lessons from the process of its success or failure,has universal significance for optimization of the entire manufacturing industry promotion,This article first embarks from the theory of project,expounds the contents of the project management,product lifecycle and the characteristics of the health care industry.Next,by the analysis to both F company medical external environment and internal environment analysis,it's clarified what F Company's strengths and weaknesses are.Then,through the consult F company internal and external experts,with Delphi method,it comes to a conclusion that F company medical project management optimization is focused on risk management,quality management and cost management.Next,this article respectively in these three aspects,to contrast before and after optimization method,through the typical case G project and specific number comparison,expounds the necessity of F company medical project managment optimization,process and results.Finally,in view of the further research,further improvement action is proposed.With the author's many years of working experience in medical device manufacturing,the author found that the original failure in many medical projects' management&operation idea and mode actually lead to delay or even failure of the project.So hope that according to the characteristics analysis to medical project combined with actual F Company's experience described in these aspects,this article could be a reference for other manufacturing enterprises to optimize...
