Research On The Design Of Rental Space Based On The Needs Of Youth

In recent years,the development of China’s high-speed railway has accelerated the aggregation of population to central cities,increased population mobility and increasing demand for rental housing.At present,the problem of renting apartments in large and medium-sized cities is becoming increasingly prominent.As the main group of people who rent apartments,the influence of young people is more serious,which has affected their normal work and daily life.In European and American countries,about half of the commercial houses are for sale and half for rent.In the past 10 years,more than 90%of the commercial houses and property rights houses developed in China are for sale,while less than 10% are really used for leasing.And China’s rental apartment market is still very immature,the rental mode presents a diversified and changing situation.How to meet the increasing number of people renting and the needs of the young people’s living,working,physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics in the design of rental building space has become an urgent problem to be solved in the design of apartment building space.This topic takes the apartment space from the perspective of youth as the research object,and based on the architectural theory,combs the development process of related residential buildings and apartment space at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the rental mode and characteristics of the current urban apartment market,and extracts the residential elements of the youth group with the largest rental demand in the apartment market.This paper analyzes the living needs and living habits of contemporary youth groups.Starting from the rental population,apartment nature,space characteristics,young people’s psychological and behavioral needs,this paper summarizes the design methods and principles of apartment space unit,so as to provide reference and Enlightenment for field research and design strategy.Secondly,through the field survey of rental apartments in the main urban area of Xuzhou City,the basic information of the research object is obtained by means of questionnaire distribution,communication and interview.Understand and count the current use of apartment space in Xuzhou,observe the living conditions of residents,record the existing living problems of apartment space,and analyze and summarize the living needs and behavior patterns of young people.Finally,according to the problems found in the field research and the analysis of related factors,the paper puts forward the space design strategy suitable for young people’s living,in order to put forward suggestions for the adaptive transformation of existing rental buildings.At the same time,it can provide reference for the future research and practice of apartment building space reconstruction,optimize the problems in the design of rental space as far as possible,and provide guaranteed apartment building space and comfortable living environment.
