With the rapid development of computer technology, modern communications technology and automation technology, embedded technology has being applied to national defense,industry,energy,transportation and so on. In terms of intelligent building construction field, or in their respective disciplines academic research, Intelligent Building has also entered a period of rapid development. In today's building automation and control area, the complexity of the device control and efficiency of the increasingly stringent,8/16 bit microcontroller in terms of speed, communication and control of both the complexity of difficult for them to meet the requirements of building control system, The RISC processor technology based on 32-bit embedded in the building controller are more widely used, and has achieved good control effect. Embedded technology has gradually become the key technology in the field of building control.This paper is based on this conceive and has been implemented.This article is hosted in-depth study of the LPC2318 chip, based on the learning the building control systems, and then through the relevant experiments on the basis of completion.The invention of the controller based on embedded include 8 Modules.They are Main control module, power module, the temperature acquisition module, humidity acquisition module, control module, detection module, communication module.the Control module selected LPC2318 chip of the ARM7.Front-end used AT89C2051 and STC12C2052AD as a controller;temperature and huminidity collection models used DS18B20 and SY-HS-220;host computer serve program software is adopted VC6.0.This paper introduces the building automation control systems related to content and embedded system development,then the overall design of the system,including the function of the system,composition and working process and brief description of the use of this system to the key technology and development tools. Introduced the development process controller in two aspects of hardware and software. The research platform is the project of the building automation systems of NO.1 Mall of Wuhan, with its air volume-controlled central air-conditioning system as the research object. By analyzing the operation of central air-conditioning system mechanism, the mathematical model of water valve and air-conditioned room are established. The PID controller and fuzzy PID controller are designed for the air volume central air-conditioning automatic control system.The simulation software MATLAB/SIMULINK is introduced to analysis this system. The results obtained fuzzy PID control strategy is superior to PID control. At the same time, system debugging is on the APOGEE platform, CARE control procedures of SIEMENS is completed from useing the configuration software,the control effect is content.
