This article described air conditioner with domestic hot water supply, which is energy-saving equipment having functions including refrigeration, heating and hot water supplying. This device has five modes,while running in the refrigeration and hot water supplying mode, This device fully utilizes the condensing heat to produce hot water. Thus it shows a high degree of performance of energy-saving and environment-protective. This operation mode is the most energy-saving mode, so it also is the focus of this article.This article theoretically and specially analyze the effect of the condensing temperature to the refrigerating output, cooling coefficient of performance and energy consumption of the device, and the effect of the water tank temperature to the condensing temperature, which provide the theoretical base for the experimental research.In refrigeration and hot water supply mode the device need to switch between the water cooling condenser and air cooling condenser. This article is focus on how to confirm the optimum switching point in different environmental temperature, so this article started with experimental research in the standard working condition, to find out the optimum switching point in that condition, combining with fuzzy logic theory, to establish the model for fuzzy logic control,to determine the optimum switching point in other non-standard working condition. In addition, combining the fuzzy logic system with the PLC control system, it designed a fuzzy controller for Air Conditioner with Domestic Hot Water Supply, and this article taken an experiment to test it. Compared with the traditional controller, the effect of energy-conserving is remarkable.This article analyze the impact of different factors to the working performance of the system when in the refrigeration and hot water supply mode, besides it generated the control strategy for the machine under that mode. Thus it provided theoretical basis for optimal operation and reasonable control in the future, as long as providing an important basis for designing the control system of the equipment.
