High-speed Railway Project Quality Management And Control Research

Quality management and control is a core issue in the railway construction. Since a lot of high-standard high-speed railways are currently under construction, it is necessary to introduce reform and innovation on construction quality control methods so as to deal with new situation and new problems arose. This paper utilized the standardized management theory and system analysis methods, and combined with the practice in the project management of high-speed railway construction, and discussed the ideas and methods to solve the problems existing in the quality management and control of high-speed railway construction, which has certain practical significance and application value for other high-speed railway projects.This paper studied the quality management mode and quality control methods and content in high-speed railway construction. Started from the basic concept of quality management and control of the high-speed railway construction, this paper investigated and analyzed the main quality problem and key influence factors in high-speed railway construction. Secondly, it proposed the use of the mathematical statistical methods for quality control of high-speed railway construction, and established an AHP-based model for high-speed railway construction quality control.Took the Henan section of Shijiazhuang-Wuhan Passenger dedicated line as study object, it analyzed the content and methods of construction quality control of the project. Using the basic tools of quality control, such as the control chart method, histogram law cause and effect analysis diagram Law, it analyzed the project quality control problems in the concrete construction. Combined with the project, a preliminary verification and application was carried on the proposed high-speed railway construction quality control model.
