This plan was Marjory basic on the Controller Area Network and J1939 protocol, use the chip design of micro roller unit C8051F060 to implement a data protocol converter, and complete the data transfer between Electronic Control Unit and PC steadily. By this method, the whole system of car will under the real-time monitoring and recorded, the evaluation and improvement for the whole system will be more convenient.This essay represents the whole process of system design and realization. Firstly, introduce the background of topic and research status at home and abroad, demonstrates the implication of this research, mentions the function which implemented by system. Then, analyzed the demand and supply of system, make a brief report. According the report to allocate the hardware and software resource and expound the design of them. The design of hardware include analysis and lectotype of each chip resource, principle diagram design and design of PCB domain, chips include micro roller unit C8051F060, CAN transceiver PCA82C250, MAX232, Bluetooth module BC04, power supply module etc. which divided by function; give the complete principle diagram design and design of PCB domain. In the part of software, the essay analyzed the process; give the main flow chart, flow chart of cycle and flow chart of interrupt; then write program by each module, which include CPU initialization, configuration of CAN controller, program technology of serial port and program for data process. Analyzed and research SAE J1939 protocol at the same time when mentioned configuration of CAN controller and data process, introduced the design and implementation method of SAE J1939 protocol by this system. At last, when PCB board was made, debugged the hardware and software by soldered components and parts. The last part of essay introduced the basic debug method and debugging tool---Keil, then summarized the problems when debugging and its solution.When all design and work were completed, there is a simple introduction which include appearance, interface specified, explanation of indicating lamp and connection.
