The thesis mainly deals with Qiandeng traditional folk house. By analysis of related theory and history of traditional folk house, with practice of field survey special mapping, behavior observation , research it from aspects of architecture , sociology, aesthetics, folk-custom. Aesthetics psychology. Meanwhile, it makes an intensive study of space form & architectural feature of traditional folk house and by culture, society and business architectural typology principle and structure.Space form of Qiandeng traditional folk house is mainly studied by analytic method of space structure and behavioral science of space form . Traditional folk house has its special structure, which could be investigated not only for historical block but also for historical , cultural, artistic and economic value. Space form & architectural feature are not changeless but continuously develop. Therefore, this study not only a process of collection or cognition ,but also a plan or extracting. What's more, it also aims to offer reference for sustainable development of Qiandeng traditional folk house in the future, providing a academic platform for its protection and updating as well.
