XX-1 sub-orbital rockets are productions which provide sub-orbital environmental test for scientific research institutions at home and abroad. To make sure that plastic deformation does not occur during the production and transfer of rockets and a large vibration does not come up with shells, special lifting devices are need to be design for XX-1 rockets.This article dissertates in detailed upon the design principle and gist of the aclinic girder's hoisting device, putting forward three sorts five kinds of design proposal. Two kind of hoisting device's design process and anacom method are concluded according to the XX-1 rocket, he loads of all kinds of operating condition are given via the the pragramme, and the proposal is chosen by comprehensive analysis. The main function and technique parameters of the product are verified by optimum design,mechanics analysis calculation and rigidity and stability FEA. Finally, with the use of lifting devices discussed in this paper, the problems which occur during the production and transfer are solved.The design principle, the design process, the calculation analysis etc, can be provided to other project planners to consult.
