| In the 21-th century, with the increasing requirement of energy sources and the decreasing of the reserves, the position of energy sourse is dangerous to our country. At present, the one-off energy, which we primary use, no only have become less and less, but also done serious destroy to entironment, great influence the healthy living of human. Solar energy, wind energy and thermo-nuclear energy, Be way of the late-model enengy sources, restricted by cost, zone, climate and technique etc, can't fulfill our require temporary. So we should use the one-off energy sources more effective.With high heater efficiency, thermoelectric water heater help to economize energy sources. When the pre-person designed thermo-electric water heater, only explained the reasons of why the heater efficiency would change in different working condition by the experiment phenomenon, neglected the contact effect and performance of radiator which great influence the heater efficiency of thermoelectric water heater. which is not enough to consummate the theory of designing thermo-electric water heater.This paper put emphasis upon the callback of quantity of heat , of which come from the out of date water of shower bath. On the base of pre-person'experiment, use the method of experiment and numerical numeration, combine finite-element simulation, discuss the influence between radiator configuration, difference of temperature in contact, imput current and cost with the heater efficiency, provide academic evidence for designing thermo-electric water heater in different working conditions. The content of this paper as follow:This paper have discussed the influence between those facters, such as radiator configuration, difference of temperature in contact, imput current and cost with the heater efficiency in theory. According to theory numeration, discovered that pre-exchanging heat could increase total heating efficiency on the large different of temperature and input current condition. Then, tested the heating capability of thermo-electric water eater heater on different working conditions, validated the result of numerical numeration.Optimized the radiator and exchanging heat equipment with liquid-solid coupling ability of ANSYS, In order to increase its capability, and then increase the total heating efficiency of thermo-electric water heater and using quotiety of exchanging heat equipment.This paper combined experiment, simulation and numerical numeration, performance, drastically research the heating performance of thermo-electric water heater, and provided theory evidences for its designing. |
