Distributed interactive simulation, virtual reality, grid computing, modelling and simulation verification/validation/accreditation, simulation data base are recently developing trend in simulation technology. So, it sounds more important to design the interface for more and more complicated simulation system. Launch vehicle is such a comlicated spacecraft that interface designing for the simulation system is difficult.The dissertation, tracking the distributed simulation technology at home and abroad, adopting the advanced simulation computer technology of virtual instrument, HLA platform communication and grid computing, concentrating on interface design technology of federate migration, applicational interface ADO and so on. The main contributions are as follows:Design and implement standardized and visualized man-machine interface, combined with plentiful Measurement Studio virtual instruments under the environment of VS 2005.NET, and show the whole launch vehicle simulation process in the way of curve, scene, light, instrument, data and flow. Implement practical digital test simulation computer software configuration items for the control system of launch vehicle, including unit testing, single item checkup, subsystem testing, whole process check testing and lauch testing, to catch the requirements of using the virtual simulation system to replace real measuring process scene. Several key technical problems for inner interface between models encountered during the lauch process have been solved, through plentiful verification and index weigh testing, we decide to adopt MATLAB engine to call SIMULINK numerical model, Coin3D to call 3D Maxs scene model and the technology of applicational interface ADO to call SQL SERVER database.What's more, based on the thorough investigation on the method of migration, the EFMS protocol on a Grid-based HLA framework is proposed. In this protocol there is no need to transfer ownership, re-enable time management and re-build DDM (Data Distribute Management) regions. Original federate and Objective federate are executing concurrently and are connected to the same LIS (the Instance Service) and LRI (multiple Resource Instances), which invoke low overhead of migration. Furthermore, the problem of message duplication and loss are avoided, and the simulation efficiency is also improved. For the exploration of external interface, HLA platform communication and database sharing are used to improve the universality of the configuration, as well as to ensure data exchanging and information transmission freely between our configuration and data center configuration, flying simulation configuration, fault diagnosis configuration. Finally, describe the data flow interface in detail on data element, interface priority, message semantic and packet structure, etc.All research works on test simulation computer software configuration item have been finished now. And the integrating of the whole launch vehicle simulation system have been implemented, the operating andĪ±testing show that the system runs stably with strong robustness program.
