Through systematic analysis to pneumatic riveting machines in the issue, it is broken down into several functional units in order to use modern technology combined with the original equipment design respectively to solve the problems based on the user's power density, volume and quality requirements on the system. With microcontroller and computer monitoring technology, assembly parameters can be detected, recorded and computed to look for improved detection, processing information for design defects. The entire system includes the gas-liquid conversion power unit, power output unit, computer electronic monitoring of three modules.Thesis consists of three parts:①Liquid booster pump is as the core of the power unit through air-assisted hydraulic control accessories and the organic combination of the various functional modules, which makes only one switch control the working process of machine and return operations;②Riveter as a power output unit is a cylinder side to side as the hydraulic oil and compressed air. So hydraulic oil is used for the work process and compressed air is used for return. 5-ton and 10 tons of pull rivet gun type is designed;③Embedded Microcontroller Technology is used in monitoring section which can realize acquisition, transmitter and data processing for system in order to provide data for improvements, detection and processing. Meanwhile, software development platform Lab Windows / CVI is used for data storage and comprehensive analysis.Three-dimensional mapping is used in the assembly of parts and equipment, which intuitive is easy to identify, resolve the interfere in mechanical structure and resolve it. This power unit is made into the corresponding samples, whose main technical specifications meet the design requirements; acquisition accuracy of electronic detection module and computer software have met the design requirements.
