Study On The Determination Of 20 Pesticide Residues In Panax Notoginseng,pts Raw Materials And Sanqitongshu Capsules By Spe-gc/ms

As the dried root and rhizoma of Panax notoginseng(Burk.) F.H.Chen, Panax Notoginseng is a very valuable commonly-used traditional Chinese medicine for removing blood stasis,arresting hemorrhage,reducing swelling and alleviating pain.To control its inner quality effectively,monitor its pesticide residues,meet the requirements of international markets,this thesis established methods of analysis for pesticide residues in Panax Notoginseng,its extract Protopanaxatriol Saponin and its herbal preparation SanQi TongShu Capsule,and made limit standards. It provided scientific basis and mothods reference for the establishment of universal methods of analysis for pesticide residues and strict,complete limit standards in other Chinese materia medica,which may produce a major scientific significance to improve the quality of Chinese materia medica,enhance the competitiveness of Chinese materia medica in the international markets and make Chinese materia medica fully enter international markets as soon as possile.This thesis made use of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) to develop methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis simultaneously for 20 pesticide residues in Panax Notoginseng, its extract PTS and SanQiTongShu Capsules. First,we studied and optimized the chromatographic columns,injection temperature, characteristic ions,ion source temperature during the experiment, built the GC and MS condition:the chromatographic column was HP-1MS capilla-ry column(30m×0.32mm×1μm), the column temperature rose with a programme, the injection temperature was 260℃,mass spectrometry used the mode of selected ion monitoring.Then we studied the solvents of extraction, methods of extraction and methods of purification and chose solid phase extraction as the pre-processing method of Panax Notoginseng,PTS raw materials and SanQiTongShuCapsules.Then we studied method validation.Finally,we used the analytical methods built up to detect 20 pesticide residues in 15 batches of Panax Notoginseng,15 batches of PTS and 15 batches of SanQiTongShu Capsules.The results showed that none of 20 pesticides were detected in 15 batches of PTS and 15 batches of SanQiTongShu Capsules.But the phenomenon of pesticide residues in Panax Notogins-eng was common,and different levels of pesticide residues were detected in 15 batches of Panax Notoginseng.The analytical methods built up to determine 20 pesticide residues were accurate, se-nsitive,stable and reliable.
