Accotab can be used for soil treatment of many crops after sowing or pre-emergency,such as corn,soybean,cotton,vegetables(cabbage,celery,carrot,onion and garlic),and it also can be used to prevent many kind of weeds in the orchard,such as Barnyard grass,Eleusine,Digitaria,Setaria,Poa,Chenopodium,Amaranthus,Stellaria and many other kind of annual gramineae and broadleaf weeds.Oxadiazon is a selective herbicide and it can be used for soil treatment before or after sprouting in water and dry field. It work when contact with weed bud or seedling.When used after emergency,it can be absorbed by the groud part of weeds,and quickly accumulate in the vigorous growth position to inhabit the growth of the plant,and lead to the tissue decay and dead.It can play a role only in light conditions,the weed are sensitive to the herbicide from germination to 2-3 leaf stage.Its more better when used in germination,the effect will decrease when it grow up.Now those two kinds of herbicide are almost Single,especially EC.Because the Aromatic hydrocarbon solvents are hold more than 45% in EC,it waste a lot of resources and pollute the environment. As China's national policy on environmental protection requirements are increased, some relative backwardness of pesticides will gradually lose their market, they will instead by a large number of new and environment-friendly formulations in the future.Accotab and Oxadiazon use water as substrate,so it can reduce the adverse effects of organic solvent in EC.It can expand the weed spectrum if they compound with each other, use less to prevent more weeds.This formulation use water as its substrate,so it can improve the operating environment of the factory and avoid toxic organic solvents on workers.It can also avoid the waste of large amounts of organic solvent and the pollution of nature,and more secure when storage and transportation than EC.It can be used before bud or after bud,it can expand the weed spectrum if they compound with each other,so can reduce the number of spraying.In this study,we did some system experiment to the suspension concentrate of 38% Accotab?Oxadiazon,and we get a clear result of soil treatment of garlic after sowing or pre-emergency to prevent Barnyard grass,Eleusine,Digitaria,Setaria,Poa, Chenopodium,Amaranthus,Stellaria and many other kind of annual gramineae and broadleaf weeds. Next it can be use to demonstration and promotion.Major research and results are as follows:1.Select the formula of the suspension concentrate of 38% of Accotab?Oxadiazon. According to their physical and chemical properties and raw material costs, select the Solid dispersant monomer from Lignin salt,NNO,MF,BX,Polycarboxylate,Polyoxyethylene alkylphenol sulfate monomer formaldehyde condensate,Dispersant YUS-TXC,YUS-207,YUS-SC3 to make wetting compound dispersant,use wet sand processing superfine grinding method we can obtain the suspension concentrate of 38% of Accotab?Oxadiazon,in which Accotab content of 30%, Oxadiazon content of 8%, Wetting and dispersing agent content of 8%,Thickener content of 1.5%,Antifreeze content of 2.5%,Defoamer content of 0.5%,add the Running water to 100%.2.We did a storage stability test to the suspension concentrate of 38% of Accotab?Oxadiazon.It shows that in 0℃stability(0±2℃,7 days):after low vibration, no visible separation of particles and oily; Rapid thermal storage stability(54±2℃,14 days): relative decomposition rate is 3.7%, other indicators are qualified.3.We use FAO and determination of national norms to test the indoor's toxicity of soil treatment of garlic after sowing or pre-emergency to prevent Barnyard grass,Eleusine,Digitaria,Setaria,Poa,Chenopodium,Amaranthus,Stellaria and many other kind of annual gramineae and broadleaf weeds.It prove that when in the same dose, the suspension concentrate of 38% of Accotab?Oxadiazon's prevention effect is significantly better than 33% EC of Accotab,the new formulation have obvious advantages than the old one.4.According to the State Department of Agriculture's herbicide efficacy trials,we complete the experiment of soil treatment of garlic after sowing or pre-emergency to prevent Barnyard grass,Eleusine,Digitaria,Setaria,Poa,Chenopodium,Amaranthus,Stellaria and many other kind of annual gramineae and broadleaf weeds.We prove that the suspension concentrate of 38% of Accotab?Oxadiazon have similar effect to 33% EC of Accotab in the same dose. And the new formulation can significantly reduce the amount of active ingredient. 5.According to the characteristics of new pesticide, study and developed an outreach program of the suspension concentrate of 38% of Accotab?Oxadiazon;and to investigate the possibility if they can instead the EC of Accotab and Oxadiazon.
