In order to explore the characteristics of the flowering phenology, flowering morning and evening, flower color distribution, flower pattern and physiological changes of the Cerasus campanulata Maxim.,146 saplings were used as experimental subjects. The characteristics of flowering phenology, flower traits and endogenous physiological contents of petal at different stages of flowering were observed and analyzed. The characteristics of flowering stage of Cerasus campanulata Maxim.were studied and analyzed under different flowering periods. The traits of flower buds in Cerasus campanulata Maxim.,as well as the content of physiological substances and their dynamic changes during flowering, laid the foundation for the breeding of Cerasus campanulata Maxim. The results showed that:(1)The flowering period of Cerasus campanulata Maxim.population generally begins in early January, and begins in the middle and late February. The flowering period ends in February to March, and the whole flowering period is maintained at 17-41 days. The whole flowering period is divided into budding period, initial flowering period, full flowering period, final flowering period and fadding period,in which the coefficient of variation of budding period has the largest coefficient of variation in the five flowering period, reaching 51.14%;20 plants are double-flowered flower plants, accounting for 13.70%of the tested plants;Petal color is distributed in 25 color number areas:60C-N74B;(2)Using the class average method, the 146 Cerasus campanulata Maxim.saplings were clustered according to the flowering period of five flowering phenology.According to the clustering results, the tested plants were divided into five groups, namely the early flowering group(E).,middle flowering group(M),late flowering group(L)and very late flowering group(VL),wherein the early flowering group contains 74 individual plants, accounting for 50.68%of the total population, and the M group contains 16 individual plants, accounting for 16 The total population is 10.96%,the L group contains 51 individuals, accounting for 34.93%of the total population, and the VL group contains 5 individuals, accounting for 3.4%of the total population;(3)The peeling measurement of the flower traits during the flowering period showed that there were obvious variations in the traits, the coefficient of variation was between 10%and 30%,and the smallest coefficient of variation were the Petal Length and the Inflorescence Length, the Bract Aspect Ratio and the Bract Width, the coefficient of variation is large.Comparing the coefficient of variation of traits between flowering groups,it was found that the coefficient of variation of individual traits in different groups was similar to that between groups;(4)After measuring the physiological indexes of petal at different flowering stages,it was found that the soluble sugar content in the petals was a single-peak curve, and the soluble sugar content was the highest in the flowering stage;the starch content showed a downward trend with the flowering period,in the flower bud stage. The content of soluble protein increased first and then decreased, and the content was the highest at the initial flowering stage. The activities of SOD,POD and CAT enzymes increased first and then decreased, and the activity was the highest at full flowering stage.
