The i-esults conflrmed 3 translocation, 3 telosome 4 isochromosome and one dicentric chromosome lines involving 4V. A 6VS translocation line, ZS4S, were identified in BCF. by chromosome C-banding, PMC Ml analysis and FiST analysis. This line showed powdery mildew resistance indicating the presence of gene Pm2l.
