Studies on the bioactive interaction of several compound isolated from the bark of Celastrus angulatusZhang Yixuan AbstractMore than twenty secondary metabolites have being isolated from the bark of insecticidal plant Celastrus angulatus Max, in which the narcotic compound CelangulinlV and the poisonous compound Celangulin V are the main active substance. The study on interactions of Celangulin V and Celangulin IV, Celangulin V and extracted residue, CelangulinlV and extracted residue, the mixture of Celangulin V with CelangulinlV and extracted residue have been conducted in this paper, the main results are as follows:1 .The poisoning symptom of the fifth instar larvae of Mythimma separata is different while Celangulin V mixes with CelangulinlV at different ratio. At the ratio less than 10:1 the larvae is narcotic. At the ratio between 10:1 and 20:1 the larvae is narcotic first, then convulsive, loses the body fluid and dies finally without obvious excitation. At the ratio more than 20:1 the symptom is convulsive, loses the body fluid and dies with less excitation than Celangulin V single.2. When the dosage of Celangulin V increases gradually and that of CelangulinlV is invariable in the mixture of them, the convulsive rate increases first, then decreases and at 10:1 ratio it is the largest being 3.2 times of the CelangulinlV single. The convulsive time is being increased at the ratio less than 10:1, then keep the same and the longest time of convulsion is more 18 hours than CelangulinlV single. While the dosage of CelangulinlV increases gradually and that of Celangulin V is invariable in the mixture of them, the poisonous rate becomes larger and larger, and the largest is 2.4 times of Celangulin V single.3.When Celangulin V mixes with CelangulinlV at 10:1 ratio, the co-toxcity coefficient is 153.30 with the judging standard of convulsive rate, 91.72 with that of dead rate and 130.54 with that of poisoning rate respectively, indicating certain synergism. The co-toxcity coeffcient of the mixture of CelangulinlV with extracted residue at 1:5 ratio is 147.15 and the result shows there is synergism. While Celangulin V mixes with extracted residue at 5:4 ratio and the mixture of Celangulin V with CelangulinlV at 10:1 ratio mixes with extracted residue at 1:3 ratio, the co-toxcity coeffcient is 67.8 and 59.12 respectively, indicating the two mixed uses is antagonism.4.When CelaneulinV mixes with CelaneulinlV at the ratio of 1:1.10:1 20:1. and the dosage of CelangulinlV is invariable, the content of glutamate and the activities of alanime梘lutamate transaminases is the lowest at 10:1 ratio, the content of Y梐ninobutiric acid and the activities of glutamic decarboxylase is the highest at 10:1 ratio. When Celangulin V mixes with CelangulinlV at 1:1,10:1 and 20:1 ratio and the dosage of Celangulin V is invariable, the content ofy梐ninobutiric acid and activities of glutamic decarboxylase increase gradually , the content of glutamate and theactivities of alanime-glutamate transaminases decreases continuously with the dosage the celangulinlV increases incessantly.
