This thesis analasized the quality trait of grain varieties spreading or preparing to spread in Yanbian Area and those that were introduced from Japan,Korea:the cumulative dynamic state of dry substance during grain filling was studied as well.The results showed that:I.Chalky trait and Amylose content reaching department standard I olgiain tiii.IiI? trait in local area is very low;to improve the quality.the main go~i SI1OI1ILI .1 attention to cultivate the varieties without chalk or less chalk and with Io\\ Amylose content.2.There are significant positive relationships for plant height and chalkness,t鑤 hilly period and head rice,alkali removing figures;while the significant relationships are negative for fertility period and protein content,Kg-grain weight,chaiky grain,chalkiness and grain width.3.Because of the realtionship between Amylose content,alkali removing figures and appearance quality,it benifits to improve the quality at the same time;there are significant postive relationship between Amylose content and Gel consistency hut negative for Aniylose and protein content.4.The key period of garain weight and quality forming is 20 dav拁 belbit?flu varieties with easy continous filling benefit to produce high quality gum with sharp raise and fall produce low quality grain...
