Studies on the Biocheniical Genetic Markers of the blood of ShanXi Native Goats This paper studied the Biochemical Genetic Markers of the blood of three Local goat populations in ShanXi province,and analyzed the correlated relationships between these Genetic Markers and special economic traits by analyzing the blood protein olymorphism and detecting the activity of the blood enzyme. The result showed as follows l.In 6 studied protein oci including Iloemoglobin(I-Ib), Transferrin (Tf), Albumin (Alb), Amylase Am, Hetnopexin (Hp) and Ceroloplasmin (Cp), besides the Tf and Amy Locis had polyworphisT. but IIb Loci had not poly.orphisi. in LiCheng DaQing goats, the Tf~ Hb and Amy Locis had polymorphism in YangCheng White goats, the Tf andllbLocis had polyuorphismu,but theAmy Loci had not polymorphism in LuLiang Black goats, We also detected the Cp and Hp Loci- nad polymorphism in three populations; the Alb Loci had not polymorphism in three populations 2. The cannon circumference of AntAA YangCheng White goats was bigger than that of AAS(P(O.O5); Some of the physical growths of HAA of LuLiang Black goats were bigger than that of TfAB: The physical growth of TfAB of LuLiang Black goats were bigger than that of TfBB: The chest girth and cannon circumference of HbAA of LuLiang Black goats were bigger than that of HbRB, The cannon circumference of HbAA YangCheng White goats was bigger than that of IIbBB, The chest girth of Hpl of LuLiang Black goats were bigger than that of IIpl, The chest girth and cannon circumference of Hpl of YangCheng White goats were bigger than that of Iipl.We can see Fib Amy and Tf Locis had big effect on some physical growths, so these protein Locis can act as Genetic Markers, offer basis for the previously election of the physical growth. 3.The correlation coefficient between the activity of Amy and the cannon circumference was positive in LuLiang Black goats (P(0. 05) , The correlation coefficient between the activity of Amy and the back height was positive in LiCheng DaQing goats (PK0.05), The correlation coefficient between the activity of Amy and the cannon circumference and body weight was positive in YangCheng White goats (P(0. 01); The correlation coefficient between the amount of Cp and the cannon circumference ~. the back height were negative in LuLiang Black goats(P(0.0l), The correlation coefficient between the amount of Cp and the withers height was positive in YangCheng White goats (P(0. 05), The correlation coefficient between the amount of Cp and the body wright.~, the withers height.. the cannon circumference were positive in YangCheng White goats (P(0.05),The correlation coefficient between the amount of Cp and the withers height was negative in LuLiang Black goats(P(0.01), The correlation coefficient between the amount of Cp and the body length of YangCheng White goats and the cannon circumference of LiCheng DaQing goats were positive (P(0.0l); The correlation coefficient between the activity of LDH and the cannon circumfereNce of LuLiang Black goats was positive (P(0.05), did YangCheng hite grvats and LiCheng DaQing goats (P(0.Ol); The correlatibn coefficient between the activity of Akp and the cannon circumference of YangCheng White goats (P<0.05), The correlation coefficient between the activity of Akp and the withers height of YangCheng White goats was positive , d...
