Effects of the Extracts of Tagetes Patula on the Activities of Detoxicated Enzymes and Protein Contents in Tetranychus Viennensis Zacher Abstract In this paper, the activities of detoxicated enzyme and protein contents in Tetranychus viennensis Zacher were tested with conventional biochemical method after photo and dark reactivation treated by the chloroform extracts (ThC), which was obtained by sohxlet method from the root of Tagetes patula. The samples were treated in vivo associated with vitro. The results showed that alter the treatment of TPC, the activities of the glutathione S-transferase and protease were remarkably raised, whiles, the esterase isoenzyme were intensively inhibited, and the protein contents declined. The movement degree of the detoxicated enzymes activities of photo treated group is significantly higher than that of dark treated group.
