Discussing the problems being during high-quality wheat production, it provides a basis for study to apt variety selection, a sound layout, increasing cultivation techniques, improving high technology to production high-quality wheat. The sturdy indicate that: 1.Gaoling County lying inward Guanzhong Plain, the ground evens out and the area is abundant in light and heat. Ray radiation is high, annual mean temperature 13.2 ℃. The period of free frost is 212 days. The time of daylight is 2207.3 hours per year. The quantity of annual precipitation per year is 570 mm. The soil is fertilized, at the same time, it being irrigation area for drought. It has superiority natural resources and specific production condition. Gaoling county maintains high yielding for wheat production and it is main production belt of wheat in Guangzhong Plain of Shannxi. So it has basic condition to improve good wheat and suits to produce good wheat. 2.Gaoling county is a traditional agriculture county, it having a very long history for wheat cultivation, perfect agricultural extension system. The peasants have good scientific and technical consciousness, and technology content of agriculture is high. The wheat scientific research, the production and seeds propagation technology advance. And it has production high-quality wheat conditions. 3. Gaoling county has 5 grain processing companies now, 14 State -owned grain distribution enterprises, and three of them having ability to process wheat above 5 ton. All these enterprises give a guarantee to transformation for high-quality wheat production. At the same time, Gaoling county lies inward Guanzhong, the traffic, such as rode, railway, aviation and so on, is very conveniently. So it has a specific transportation and transformation condition to develop high-quality wheat. 4. Effective measures were taken to help the development of high-quality wheat in Gaoling county, such as selection good variety, volume plant, improvement management, high-quality wheat varieties propagation, spreading cultivation techniques, raising quality of producer and operator and so on, which are key measures to set up and perfect further the system of high-quality wheat production. The results of the above have direction meaning and applied value for high-quality wheat production, layout, adjust of agricultural structure in Gaoling county.
