| The monitoring and management of forest pests plays important roles in forestry sustainable development. County is the basic administration unit responsible for the monitoring of forest pests in our country. So the management of the data of forest pests in the county is of tremendous significance.Through analysis of current situation of monitoring and management of the forest pests,the Forest Pests Management System on County Level is designed in this paper and developed. This paper discusses and solves some key technical problems about system integration, such as function analysis and designment, data management, detailed database designment,and prediction models.The system has been completed and successfully used in Yuanyang County,Henan province. It can help to promote the level of monitoring and management from town to subcompartment. The data is more accurate and realistic and the system is more practicable, the monitoring of forest pests is accomplished quantitatively and visually with position. |
