Medium occupation education of our country confronted with difficult situation at present, the medium occupation education reforming is imperative in order to exist and develop further. MES is one kind of new technical ability train pattern that developed by International Labor Organization. It is extensively used in medium occupation education course system reforming of our country, but the examples applying in teaching activity of specialized course and the experiences seems that still not much . The article considers that the present available education environment of Xing An Meng Agriculture & Husbandry School as condition, organizing the teaching activity in flowers and plants facilities cultivation technique specialized course according to the running process imagine of MES, we probe into the effects of changing the certain education factor (teaching target, content of courses and the education channel etc.) under the natural education environment. We adopt the investigation method and observing method to investigate and statistics the effects of the students'study interests, education quality, flowers and plants cultivation technique quality and the comprehensive occupation quality. We adopt the individual case studying method to examine the MES effects of teaching efficiency, students'managing grade of flower and plant cultivating technique and knowledge upgrade ability. We adopt the method of summing up the experiment to verify the effects of the teachers of flower and plant cultivating technique occupation quality and the teaching facilities change etc. by applying MES. The result of experiment studying explains that applying MES in the flowers and plants facilities cultivation technique course of medium occupation education school is feasible. It is beneficial to dislodging the tradition teaching pattern indeed, promoting the development of flowers and plants cultivating education and adapting to the needs of the modern society of flowers and plants cultivation talented person who possess both competency and moral integrity. Meanwhile the pattern's operating ability is strong, it has the certain extension value in the specialized course educational reforming of medium occupation schools.
