In recent years,the state has issued various documents and policies,further clarifying the important position of vocational education,and positioning the cultivation of secondary vocational education as "skilled" talents.For secondary vocational schools,it is necessary to constantly reform and innovate the experimental and practical training courses to improve the students’ operational ability and professional quality.As a product of information technology and modern society,micro-video plays an important role in education and teaching.On the basis of experts and scholars’ research on micro-video teaching,combined with the current situation of T school,this study applied micro-video to the experimental and practical teaching of Plant Protection Technology in secondary vocational schools.First of all,this paper uses the questionnaire survey and interview method to make a preliminary investigation on the current situation of experimental and practical teaching of "plant protection technology" in secondary vocational schools and the application of micro video,to understand the existing problems in the experimental and practical teaching of "plant protection technology" in secondary vocational schools,and to put forward corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems by using micro video.Then,the design problems in the application of micro-video in the experimental and practical training class of Plant Protection Technology are summarized,including the analysis of the teaching materials and the implementation objects,design principles,the acquisition of micro-video and the implementation methods in the early stage.Then,micro-video is applied in classroom practice.According to the teaching arrangement,the teaching content of each section is integrated with the corresponding micro-video,and the typical teaching cases are designed in detail.Different micro-video teaching modes are used according to the different types of experimental and practical training classes.Finally,observation method and questionnaire method are used to evaluate and reflect on the implementation effect.The results show that the students of video assisted teaching method to accept degree is higher,around the micro video in the plant protection technology experiment training course for a variety of instructional design,can improve the students’ interest in learning,help to improve the students’ learning attitude,learning habit and learning ability classroom performance,improve the teaching effect.To sum up,this research for the secondary vocational teachers’ practical application of micro video experiment teaching design and practice of teaching provides some reference,micro video visual effectiveness,flexibility,diversity,such as advantage is helpful to optimize the teaching effect,stimulate students’ subjective initiative,improve students’ operating ability and the comprehensive professional quality at the same time promote the professional development of teacher.
