Practical teaching of agriculture-related specialty in vocational schools is an important way to train students to master basic professional and technical skills and innovative skills.Vocational education,as a cross-border education with both educational and economic attributes,is the cradle of training high-quality workers and skilled personnel.With the continuous improvement of talent requirements for building a new socialist countryside and innovative country in China,agricultural vocational education is facing both excellent development opportunities and severe challenges.The purpose of this study is to find out the actual situation and existing problems of the practical teaching effect of agricultural-related specialty in vocational schools through empirical investigation,analyze the reasons,put forward corresponding feasible suggestions,provide the basis for future related research,and hope to provide some reference for similar schools' practical teaching research and development.Therefore,based on the relevant theoretical research on practical teaching of agriculture-related specialty in Vocational schools,taking Z specialty in Shanghai N school as a case,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the basis of collecting and collating a large number of documents and materials,and selects some teachers,students and enterprises to conduct interviews,in order to make up for the problems that the questionnaire did not know in detail.This study is divided into five parts.Firstly,the introduction mainly explains the background and significance of the topic selection,the definition of core concepts such as vocational schools and practical teaching,literature review,research objectives,research ideas and research methods,etc.On this basis,it summarizes the characteristics and basic principles of practical teaching of agricultural-related specialty in Vocational schools,including interdependence,penetration and interdependence of practice and theory.In order to deeply understand and explore the current situation of agriculture-related specialty,the author reveals the existing practice teaching of agriculture-related specialty in Vocational Schools Based on the results of current investigation and interviews.The problems existing in the practical teaching of agriculture-related specialty in vocational schools are also pointed out in the light of the survey results,such as ambiguous ideas,weak teachers,weak pertinence of practical teaching materials,obsolete teaching content,single teaching method,imperfect assessment system,few matching instruments and equipment,urgent need to be improved in the management mechanism of practical teaching,worrying effect of practical teaching and weak sense of cooperation between schools and enterprises.Finally,the paper puts forward the following optimization strategies and suggestions for the existing problems: changing traditional concepts,recognizing the importance of practical teaching of agricultural-related vocational education;integrating various systems,optimizing various links of practical teaching of agricultural-related vocational education;optimizing the allocation of resources,improving the basic conditions of practical teaching of agricultural-related vocational education;and implementing comprehensive management and standardizing agricultural-related vocational education.The management mechanism of practical teaching in vocational education is to cultivate vocational quality,highlight the practical teaching effect of agricultural vocational education,and improve school-enterprise cooperation and strengthen the educational function of relevant agricultural enterprises.
