Fritillaria cirrhosa D.Don was selected as the research material.Characteristics of seed germination and seedling cultivation of Fritillaria cirrhosa D.Don were researched in this paper.Our aim is to explore the best breeding programm with a view to provide a nursery reference value for reference to F.cirrhosa-factory system.(1) F.cirrhosa seeds was stratification in nature temperatures in 90d,the embryo form of cooked basically completed,after stratification in nature temperatures in 210d, the seed physical after ripening was complete.After 210d of natural stratification,the seed could germinate.Researches indicate that natural stratification can break F.irrhosa seed dormancy effectively and promote their germination.(2) F.irrhosa seed which without natural stratification the peroxidase,catalase and amylase activity are lower,but seeds with natural stratification the three kinds of enzyme activity have greatly increased.In stratification,the three kinds of enzyme changes as follows:after natural seed stratification in 90 d,embryo division and the form of ripening stage completed,peroxidase,catalase and amylase activity were compared with the without natural seed stratification were increased with 456%,309 %,115%,the three kinds of activity were significant upward;in 90d~210d stratification process,the seeds are in physiological ripening stage,in this course these activity was seeded rise after the drop just like the character "V".After nature of the plot in 210 d,shape seeds ripening and physiological ripening completed,the seeds begin to germinating.Seed's peroxidase,catalase activity in starch and andamylase activity can be used as the judgement in seed dormancy and germination state.(3) F.cirrhosa seeds belong to the type of the low temperature germination.The best germination temperature is:10~15℃.(4) Through observation of seedling growth,the seedlings belong to unearthed F. cirrhosa type seedling germination.The on the ground part which seed germination after the formation of special seedlings,cotyledons greened,become the the first growing season's only assimilation leaf.The underground part of the hypocotyls flatten,bud scales succulentten,and fomed a small bulb.It have short planting which form growing seedlings to the inverted is only four months.The first germination of seedlings in a life can only carry out photosynthesis by the cotyledons growth,so seedlings were very small.F.cirrhosa fomed the anti-adversity,short growing period, little amount of growth,small embryo,long dormant stage,low natural germination rate and other biologic traits in order to adapts the cold,ultraviolet radiation,low oxygen,low air pressure,upheaval of temperature,and other foul climate.Accoding to F.cirrhosa biology and growing character,we juged the F.cirrhosa seedlings by cotyledons-length,width bulb,the bulb length,for the whole plant growing condition.(5)Comprehend the five indicators to analysis:the seedling growing best in the growth of greenhouse nursery in the matrix model of humus,when it growth 90 d,the bulb have the width of 0.2803 cm,length of 0.3294 cm,and the whole-plant fresh weight is 1.4365 g,whole-plant dry weight is 0.3137 g.The best model portfolio is humus composed soil matrix in greenhouse seedling nursery.Humus soil's physical and chemical indicators is:the bulk density 0.66 g/cm3,container capacity 87.37%, total porosity of 37.67%,air porosity of 13.68%,organic matter of 31.35%, hydrolysis N4466.17mg/kg,the total P1.24%,available P 467.49mg/kg,total K 2.19%,available PK 338.19mg/kg.Humus soil in this physical and chemical indexs can be used as reference data for industrial nursery matrix screening,evaluation criteria based on matrix.The optimal model for greenhouse seedling nursery,the temperature index value,light industrial index can be the value of a breeding temperature,light control design based on the reference value.Industrialized nursery temperature should be maintained at 11~15℃and within the soil temperature should be maintained at 12~16℃range.(6) Composed varityies of soil depth,we conclude 1 cm soil depth is the best nursery soil depth.
