In this study,three hybrids of Vitis vinifera×vitis labrusca(Black Olympia, Benifuji and ChaoTeng) and three varieties of Vitis vinifera(Ribier,Christmas Rose and Red Globe) which were introduced to Guiyang area were taken to compare comprehensive properties like growing characteristic,fruit trait,production and disease resistance.ChaoTeng,an edible grape variety,exhibited high suitability of planting and extension in Guiyang area for its good comprehensive properties.The result of grape bagging experiments showed as following:(1) bagging treatment had obvious effects on the better appearance qualities in bright skin,uniform bloom, coloring,fruit hardness compared with control group,coupling with no pesticide residues, thus the commodization rate was increased obviously.(2) the output and the output values were significantly raised by the bagging treatment,and the yield per line of Black Olympia and ChaoTeng cultivars reach to as high as 5.6 kg and 5.5 kg respectively,and the increased yield per mu was 233.1 kg and 166.5kg compared with control.(3) The occurrence of diseases and insect pests was reduced efficiently by bagging treatment,compared with control group;the rate of infected seeds decreased by 44.5%~48.5%while treated with special bags,and it was decreased by 36.2~41.5%with paper bags.The result of planting green manure in Black Olympia showed as following: compared with clean tillage,were much effectively to significant increases occurred in the intercropping green manure like the content of organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen, total nitrogen,total potassium,available phosphorus and available potassium in soil;in particular the contents of organic matter increased by 0.7%,the alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen content increased by 16.22~16.56mg/kg.In addition,by intercropping green manure,the first-rate fruit increased by 13%~16%,the contents of soluble solid content increased by 0.5%~0.7%,the average yield per-mu increased by 5.5%~7.3%.Therefore,intercropping green manure is the efficient measure to improve the soil quality,fruit yield and quality.
