Effects Of Bagging And Calcium Fertilizer On Fruit Quality Of Green Grape

In this experiment,‘tiangongfeicui' and ‘Shine muscat' grape of zhejiang area were used as the materials.The effects of different fruit bags and different calcium fertilizers on the main quality of fruit were studied to reduce the fruit cracking ratio of ‘tiangongfeicui' and the rust fruit rate of ‘Shine muscat' and control the other quality of fruit.The suitable fruit bag and calcium fertilizer are selected to improve the quality of‘Shine muscat' and‘tiangongfeicui',with a view to providing technical basis for high quality and efficient cultivation and production of green grapes in zhejiang area.The main results are as follows:1.Study on the quality of green grapes with different color and texture bag.The results showed that the black paper bag with yellow inside can significantly increase the brightness of two kinds of grapes,while the red non-woven bags reduced the brightness of two kinds of grapes.while it can increase the total acid content and Vc content of two kinds of grapes.The content of glucose,fructose,total sugar and soluble solids in addition to sucrose could be induced by yellow non-spinning,yellow nylon and blue non-spinning,while green nylon significantly reduces its content.All kinds of bags had little difference in reducing the effect of the jadeite fruit,but the total phenol content in the delayed ‘Shine muscat' rose had reached its peak,and a significant difference showed on its rust spots.Black paper bag with yellow inside,green nylon bag can effectively reduce the rust fruit rate,red non-woven can increase its rust fruit rate.Nevertheless,black paper bag with yellow inside,green nylon effectively reduced the rate of fruit rust but also reduced the soluble solids,green non-woven also retarded the rate of rust fruit,the effect with yellow black paper bag was nebulous,but obvious with green bag.The green bag can also reduce the rust fruit rate at the same time,there is no significant decline on the total sugar content of fruit.In comprehensive consideration,green non-woven is better.2.Effects of different calcium fertilizers on the quality of green grape fruit.The results show that both kinds of calcium fertilizers can improve the brightness,color and purity of fruit.The treatment of two kinds of Manntiol-Calcium was better than the treatment of calcium amino acid in brightness,hardness,sugar content,soluble solids and Vc content.Both kinds of calcium fertilizer can increase grain weight and ear weight,and the effect of aminoacids calcium was better.Calcium fertilizer can reduce acid content,but it was slightly various among different varieties.The effect of calcium on reducing the rate of ‘Shine muscat'rust was not obvious,and it may increase the rate of rust.
