| The fundamental way out of agriculture lies in mechanization.In recent years,China’s field production machinery has developed rapidly,but the mechanization level of fruit and vegetable production is less than 30%,which is an urgent problem to be solved in realizing agricultural modernization.In order to pursue higher quality fruits,plenty fruits need to be bagged,and fruit bagging operation mainly relies on manual completion,heavy workload and high labor intensity,which greatly limits the development of fruit and vegetable industry.As a big country of fruit and vegetable production and consumption,the mechanization of bagging operation is the development trend of fruit and vegetable industry.Aiming at the problem of grape bagging,this paper developed an automatic grape young fruit bagging machine instead of manual bagging,in order to improve fruit quality,save cost and increase efficiency,and relieve the shortage of labor force in bagging.This paper takes grape bagging as the research object,and divides the design of grape bagging machinery into three parts: the bag feeding mechanism to realize the separation and transportation of stack paper bags,the bag opening mechanism of plane paper bags,and the paper bag sealing mechanism.Complete the manual process of taking the bag,opening the mouth,closing the bag mouth and winding the wire.The main research contents are as follows:(1)By analyzing the growth of grape fruit trees and grape young fruit,the target parameters of grape young fruit bagging machine were defined.Compared with the manual grape bagging process,the overall design requirements of the grape fruit bagging machine were analyzed,and each functional module of the grape fruit bagging machine was determined,namely: bag feeding mechanism,bag opening mechanism and bag sealing mechanism.(2)On the basis of analyzing the work requirements of each organization,the reasonable design scheme was selected.The modeling of grape bagging mechanism was carried out by using Solid Works 3D modeling software.The roller was used to separate and transport the fruit bags.Vacuum negative pressure was used to drive the sucker to realize the opening of the fruit bag.The V-shaped plate moved from both sides to the middle to close the fruit bag,and the seal of the grape fruit bag was realized by the way of wire winding.(3)The 3D modeling of grape bagging machine was carried out by Solid Works software.ANSYS was used to carry out modal analysis on the body of the bagging machine for young grape fruit,and to check and analyze the strength of the key parts of the bagging machine,to check whether the strength of each part meets the requirements of use,and to optimize and improve the deficiencies.With a small PLC of CPU224 XP as the control carrier,the manual control program and automatic control program of bagging machine were designed to realize the control of the whole machine of young fruit bagging machine.(4)Using photosensitive resin and ductile resin materials through 3D printing technology,the body of grape young fruit bagging machine was trialised 1:1,and the assembly of each mechanism was completed.Design the test scheme of bag-feeding,bag-stretching and bag-sealing mechanism,verify the situation of bag-feeding,bag-stretching,bag-closing of the mechanism,Meanwhile,improve and optimize the device problems found in the test.Finally,combined test of the whole bagging machine was carried out to verify whether the bagging mechanism could successively complete the functions of bag feeding,bag opening and bag sealing,and to investigate the time consumption and success rate of the operation. |
