The result of the examination of antagonistic ability of ferment liquid showed that the mutant QM34 and QM36 had outstanding inhibitory activities to 4 main phytopathogens of cucumis melon such as Sphaerotheca fuliginea, Fusarium oxysporum f.sp., Phytophthora melonis Katsura and Pseudoperonospora cubensis Rostov., among all of 6 wide-spectrums antagonistic bacteria to Alternaria solani. Then they were mixed as 1:1 ratios to make compound antimicrobial community. The advanced multilevel fermentation process obtained through the study was conducted to produce high quality biofertilizer containing biotechnology fulvic acid (BFA) through fermenting pomace. For the first time, biofertilizer containing BFA and compound antimicrobial community were combined with reasonably to produce compound biofertilizer containing BFA. The product can provide full nutrition for growthing of cucumis melon planted in large shed, control and prevent diseases, promote their growth and quality. Special ratios, directions and dosages of the product used for cucumis melon planted in large shed were obtained through the sdudy . Similar product is not available in fertilizer industry at present. All targets of the compound biofertilizer containing BFA were in line with national standard of GB 20287-2006and NY 525-2002.The result of farmland trial of cucumis melon planted in large shed for biological integrated control indicated that the compound biofertilizer containing BFA obtained through the study had strong inhibirory activities to diseases of cucumis melon and outstanding ability of growth-promoting. Compared with the control, for the treatment, incidence of disease of leaves of cucumis melon decreased 50%, the content of chlorophyl of leaves increased 34%, the content of sugar increased 32%, the output increased 30%, planting cost decreased 42% on average. Therefore, this technology will bring remarkable economic and social benefits.Searching report for technological innovation shows that the technology is original one at home and abroad. The technology has applied for national patent and passed provincial technological appraisal which possessing independent intellectual property rights. The number of the application for national patent is 200810126385.0. Pesticide and chemical fertilizer will be substituted fully or partly by the compound biofertilizer containing BFA obtained through the study, which can resolve serious problems on environmental pollution and food safety. The technology as its excellent merits such as non-toxic, non-harm and non-pollution to environment, high efficiency, low cost and energy-saving, will be paid more attention to and will play more significant role in sustainable development of green agriculture, economy, ecology and society in the coming future.
