| Rotating ring die pellet mill is the key device of producing pellet feed,to a large extent determines the production of feed processing. And now Rotating ring die pellet mill is widely used in animal husbandry,poultry industry,fisheries,and so on.At present,the pelleting mechanism study of the rotating ring die pellet mill is few in china.Comparing the pellet mill with the same type of foreign,there are still many defects,such as irrational structure,low productivity,high energy consumption,which significantly restricted the international competitiveness of our products.studying the pelleting mechanism and structural optimization of rotating ring die pellet mill,to enhance the whole machine designing and manufacturing level,to promote the development of feed industry has an important theoretical significance and practical value.In this paper,the major jobs are as follows:1. Analyzed the raw material distributing on the rotating ring die, the link of the three areas is revealed,where the raw material distributing between the rotating ring die and the roller. Analyzed the forces on the raw material between the rotating ring die and the roller.Calculated the best value thinkness of the raw material.2. Analyzed the forces on the channels of the rotating ring die by the action of the roller,and established the mathematical model of forces.Based on the model ,Analyzed the material proporties working on the pelleting procedure.It is revealed that the poisson's ratio,friction coefficiont and the ratio of compression could impact on the value of the pelleting force.3. The simplified model of the conical inlets to the channel is studied. The finite element analysis results of the conical showed that the bigger the conical inlets to the channel,the easier the raw material will be forced outward through the channels,and the service life of the die could be extended.4. Analyzed how could the structural parameters of the rotating ring die and roller impacting on the raw material thinkness between the rotating ring die and the roller,and the production efficiency.Analyzed the production efficiency advantage of the two-roller and the three-roller,and the parameters of the three-roller is optimized.5. The energy consumption model of the rotating ring die pellet mill is presented.Analyzed the impacting elements of the energy consumption.The relationship between the speed of the rotating ring die and the energy consumption of rotating ring die pellet mill is revealed by theoretical analysis and experiments. In this paper, many comprehensive researchs on the pelleting mechanism and the performance of rotating ring die pellet mill were studied.To some extent,we have improved the quality of pelleting,productivity,pelleting consumption and service life and so on,which have a certain referencevalue and application value to the manufacturers and the users. |
