China is the largest producer and export of agaricus bisporus in the world, accounting about 30% production of the world ultimate output. The news cultivation strains of agaricus bisporus and the inventions of new cultivation techniques will have a huge influence on the development of ours industy of agaricus bisporus. In this paper, 206 cultivation strains of Agaricus bisporus collected from all over the world were studied by screening test of cultivation and using the techniques of SRAP, ISSR and RAPD fingerprinting. The results are as following:First,206 cultivation strains of Agaricus bisporus collected from all over the world were studied by screening test of cultivation。The results are as following that is suitable for high-production are Tainong,As2796,ZA and 8434.They are differ from others in average yield.Tainong,ZA,As1671,As2796,ME,333,Ag7,F4,Zhenong 1,8434å'ŒAX60 aer used as the hybrid parents o for their thick pileus. Fs-6,As1671,102-2,333,As2796,S130A,BW,Tainong,H-25,SA6,W95-2 and A-19 are used as the hybrid parents for their short stipe.Tainong,765H,As2796,102N,8434 and ZA aer used as the hybrid parents for high-productionSecond ,206 cultivation strains of Agaricus bisporus collected from all over the world were studied by using the techniques of SRAP, ISSR and RAPD fingerprinting, and 15 special SRAP bands, 3 special ISSR bands and 2 special RAPD bands were obtained. The strains were analyzed and clustered based on the 20 special bands and a dendrogram was obtained. The results showed that 206 strains be divided into two groups at the similarity coefficient of 28%. One group mainly contains good-quality traditional strains (with representative strain of 8213 and 8211) and good-quality hybrid strains (with representative strain of As2796 and As4607 bred by Fujian Mushroom R&D Station). The other group mainly contains high-production traditional strains (with representative strain of 01 and 02) and high-production hybrid strains (with representative strain of U1 and U3 bred by the Netherland). And at the similarity coefficient of 100%, the strains were divided into 72 groups with strain number range of 1-31.
