Ficus beipeiensis,is a kind of tree and its height is about 15 meters. It has a highly ornamental leaves and fruits and it is garden tree to be developed. This study researched its propagation theory and technology and explored effective ways of breeding. It accelerated the application of green in the garden of great significance.Another it is a plant of list of critically endangered and endangered plants, the study has great importance to the protection of endangered plants, and it provides a means of methods to protect the diversity of species. At present some units has been exploring the cutting propagation of Ficus beipeiensis, but the research is not a very in-depth and comprehensive. The study of Ficus beipeiensis's. propagation techniques is in-depth and systematic in order to rapid the propagation of Ficus beipeiensis to meet the production and living on the needs of Ficus beipeiensis seedlings. Two aspects of reproductive technologies including cutting and micro cutting have explored in this study. The main conclusions of the studied are listed below:(1) In different hormone treatment tests, the IBA dealing has the highest rate of rooting(about 91.90%) in the hardwood cuttings, and it has the largest number of roots and the longest roots. The softwood cuttings is the same as hardwood cuttings, they have the hightest rate of rooting, the largest number of roots and the longest roots.(2) In dealing with different concentrations of IBA cuttings trial, hardwood cuttings in order to 1000mg/L IBA rooting treatment the highest rate was 91.9% and a maximum of 7.43 root, root length of up to 6.83cm. Softwood cuttings are also in order to 1000mg/L IBA rooting the highest rate of treatment,1500mg/L IBA treated cuttings of the root number shoots up, to 8.33, root length the longest of 7.93cm.(3) In the length of trials in different cuttings 15cm rooting of hardwood cuttings the highest rate of 91.90%, the largest number of roots, to 7.43. About softwood cuttings, 20cm cuttings for rooting the highest rate of 95.63 percent, the largest number of roots, to 8.53,15cm cuttings of the root length of up to 7.77cm.But hardwood cuttings and softwood cuttings in rooting rate, root number, root length, root index were not significantly different.(4) Cuttings in IBA different treatment time for trials, with the IBA deal with 10min of the twig cuttings rooting rate up to 93.57%, root number up to 8.07 to deal with 15min of the cuttings of the root length of up to 7.80cm. (5) For cutting in different parts of trials, the highest rate of rooting softwood cuttings in central, to 95.03%. The largest number of the base of the root cuttings, to 9.30, root length is also a maximum of 8.83cm.(6)In the test of Ficus beipeiensis micro-cuttings'establishment of aseptic culture system, sterilization time alcohol 30s, mercuric chloride 10min the best, the highest survival rate of 43.33%. Alcohol 30s, mercuric chloride 12min contamination rate the lowest,26.67%.(7) In the test of Micro-cuttings starting trial, Ficus beipeiensis explants induced differentiation of the situation to MS+6-BA2.00mg/L+NAA0.50mg/L+sucrose concentration of 30g/L+agar concentration of 6g/L+Ph value of 5.8-6.0 as the best match, get maximum differentiation rate.(8)In the test of proliferation of culture, from an average seedling height of view, a large number of elements 2MS, the Ficus beipeiensis has the highest average plant height; and when 6-BA concentration of 0.50 mg/L, KT concentration of 0.15 mg/L, NAA concentration of 0.50 mg/L, Ficus beipeiensis has the best proliferation.(9) In the experiments of Ficus beipeiensis micro-cuttings to rooting culture, I have this conclusion:Ficus beipeiensis is difficult to take root, through the study, only MS+ IBA0.10 mg/L+NAA0.10 mg/L and 1/2MS+IBNO.10mg/L+NAA0.50mg/L of the medium to obtain health-rooted, the rooting rates were 2.5% and 5%.
