| With Actinidia delicious C.F.Liang et A.R.Fergusin CV Hayward as materials,this expeciment dealed with the promotion,produced position.. form,anatomival structure of PGR treatment in cutting rooting of soft wood,hard wood,studing the variation of Carbohydrates,protein~. protective Enzyme system,PPO activity and endogenous,meantime we found the function of leaves soft wood cuttage to adventitious root in its variation of physiological condition and analysised adjusting mechanism of cutting rooting and relation of cutting rooting and ecology factor. 1.In this experiment,it was found that soft hardwood cuttage have typical structure of stem,adventitious root belong to primodia after being induced,the part of adventitious root mainly lie in cambium cells and it has no relation with the method of cutting.Promotion of PGR in cuttage was obvious.Especially,the mixed control of two were in best condition. The concentration of soft wood cuttage were l000mgIL+l000mgIL and the rate of rooting was 60.8%.The proper concentration of hard wood cutting was 500mgIL+500mgIL and the rooting rate was up to 32.2%. The time of controlling was lOs and 5s separately. The forming of callus of hard wood cutting and rooting was 4-5d ,7-8d in ahead,to soft wood.. l-2d 5-7d in ahead,Pocessingthe tempreture what reducing callus,germination and rooting need.Promoting the forming of callus,late germination,the effect of early rooting such as raising the rooting rate. 2.Statistics indicate soft and hard cuttage rooting rate showed positive correlation with soluble sugar,sucrose content,amylase and had negative correlation with reducing sugar . PGR treatment, strengthen the activity of amylas,promoting amylolys,raising soluble sugar content,especially sucrose content,so they can promoted rooting and raising rooting rate. .Statistics indicate soft and hard cuttage rooting rate showed positive correlation with protein content,C/N and showed negative correlation with the total nitrogen content. PGR treatment raised cuttage soluble protein content,C/N and obviously decrease the total nitrogen content. so they were useful to rooting 3. Soft and hard cuttage rooting rate showed the close relation with protective Enzyme system.Statistics indicate rooting rate showed positive correlation with SOD,POD activity in cuttage and showed negative correlation with MDA content,CAT activity. Cuttage rooting rate was related to the degree of senescence of cuttage. PGR treatment raised SOD,POD activity and decreased MDA content,CAT activity and delayed cuttage senescence which were benefit to rooting. 4. Soft and hard cuttage rooting rate were closed to endogenous balance in cuttage.Statistics indicated rooting rate showed positive correlation with IAA,ABA,IAA/ABA. GA113 content in cuttage and showed negative correlation with ZR5,ZR8/IAA IAA oxidase activity. PGR treatment raised IAA,ABA,GA1i3contents,IAAIABA in cuttage,but ABA contents don't raised obviously.Meantime,decrease ZR5 content.. ZR5/IAA,IAA oxidase activity . IAA oxidase activity decreasing promoted IAA to be acculated , GA113 induced activity of amylas, strengthen the activity of amylas, promoting amylolys, which were benefit to rooting. 5.Statistics indicated soft and hard cuttage rooting rate showed positive correlation with PPO activity in cuttage.PPO and POD are a type of respiratory Enzymes.
