Soybeans contain isoflavone, vitamin E, phospholipids, dietary fiber, trace activated substances, and many other nutrients. In addition, varieties of important physiological functions are also provided by soybeans.Three kinds of soybeans were used in the experiment with names heinong-48 (high protein concentration), heinong-37 (medium species), and heinong-44 (high oil concentration). As the test material, soybeans were planted in different pots, with 0.033g N and K2O fertilized per kg soil everyday. Moreover, different concentration of P2O5 (0, 0.033,0.067, and 0.100 g/kg soil) were fertilized in with 4 different marks on the pots as P1, P2, P3, P4 treatment. Total isoflavone, vitamin E, total phospholipids and total dietary fiber were determined in each sample after the harvest.Total isoflavone was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The concentrations of vitamin E were analyzed by high efficiency liquid chromatography; Total phospholipid was determined by molybdenum blue Spectrophotometry. Enzyme weight method was used to measure the concentration of total dietary fiber.Results show that a certain content level of phosphorus can increase the concentration of total isoflavone, vitamin E, total phospholipids and total dietary fiber in soybeans. Thus, fertilizing phosphorus that controlled in a certain range can increase those substances in soybeans effectively. In the same species, the concentration of total isoflavone in P2 was significantly higher than P1, P3, and P4 treatment. While in the same P treatment, the results of total isoflavone concentration were shown that heinong-44 (high protein concentration)>Heinong-37 (medium species)> Heinong-48 (high oil concentration). The concentrations of total isoflavone in different P treatment were significantly different.The concentrations of vitamin E after different phosphorous treatment were also significantly different. The concentration of vitamin E in heinong-37 with P2 treatment was much higher than those treated by P1, P3, and P4. The results also showed that after P3 treatment, heinong-44 and heinong-48 has much more vitamin E than that after P1, P2 and P4 treatment. In the same P treatment, the concentration of vitamin E in different soybean bodies were listed as followed:in P1 treatment, Heinong-44 (high protein concentration)> Heinong-48 (high oil concentration)> Heinong-37 (medium species); in P2 treatment, heinong-37 (medium species)> heinong-44 (high protein concentration) > Heinong-48 (high oil concentration); in P3 treatment, Heinong-44 (high protein concentration)> Heinong-48 (high oil concentration)> Heinong-37 (medium species); in P4 treatment, Heinong-44 (high protein concentration)> heinong-48 (high oil concentration)> heinong-37 (medium species).A certain content level of phosphorus can increase the concentration of total phospholipids. For same soybean spices, the concentration of total phospholipids is significantly higher than the ones after P0, P1, and P4 treatment. The concentrations of total phospholipids in different spices of soybeans were quite different after phosphorous treatment. P2 and P3 treatment has positive effective for all kinds of soybeans. For the concentration of total phospholipids in heinong-37 and heinong-48, there were no significantly difference between P4 treatment and P2 treatment. In all 12 kinds of treatment conditions, P3 treated heinong-44 soybean has the highest concentration of total phospholipids. A certain content level of phosphorus can also increase the concentration of dietary fiber in soybeans. In the same spice, the concentration of dietary fiber was quite higher after P1 treatment than that after P2 and P4 treated. Results showed that the concentration of total dietary fiber in P4 treated heinong-48 were similar as P1 treatment. Summary all 12 kinds of treatment, the highest concentration of total dietary fiber appeared in heinong-44 after P3 treated.In summary, phosphorus treatment on soybean has positive influence on isoflavone, vitamin E, phospholipids, dietary fiber. The concentration of those substances in soybeans will be increased after appropriate phosphorous treatment.
