The resourse of'Weigela'and'Caryopter'is excellent ornamental bush due to its special properties and benefits, namely gathering the flower and colorful leaf to appreciate; Flourishing flowers have flamboyant color; It blooms in spring, summer and autumn; the foreground of applieation of Spiraea will be wide at gardening; and it can be widely used in gardening of city forestations. But the Weigela and Caryopter have limited application at HeiLongjiang province that is cold and dry region, Because of climate and other reasons. So the study about the live through the winter ability of Weigela and Caryopter coldregion is the key point to apply the Weigela and Caryopter as forestation plant at HeiLongjiang.There are two species of Weigela and one of Caryopter were used as experimental material in this project and they have different cold resistance ability. However the artificial cold acclimation was used as experimental methods to study the relationship between variety trends of morphological and physiological information of two species of two species of Weigela and one of Caryopter cold resistance ability, And then, the Logistic equation,subjection function and clustering analysis that are mathematic analytical methods were considered to rank and classify the different cold resistance ability of the two species of Weigela and one of Caryopter, And they are sum up as follow:1.From the project,the Semi-lethal temperature(LT50) of Weigela'Styriaca', Weigela florida'Goldrush'and Caryopteris clandonensis'Kew Blue'can be determined;and they are-26.3℃-28.8℃,-27.9℃-31.3℃,-20.5℃-23.3℃,;the first grade is Weigela florida 'Goldrush', It hav ehigher coldresistance ability than others.2.With the decrease of artificial temperature, Soluble suger of content of 3 varieties increased, And soluble sugar content and cold hardiness was positively related, by analysis of variance between the different treatment time,wo can Conclud:With the cold time of the treatment longer, will produce a lasting impact to the content of sugar of 3 varieties3.With the decrease of artificial temperature, Soluble protein of content of 3 varieties increased, And soluble protein content and cold hardiness was positively related, by analysis of variance between the different treatment time,wo can Conclud:With the cold time of the treatment longer, will produce a lasting impact to the content of Soluble protein of 3 varieties4.With the decrease of artificial temperature, PRO content of 3 varieties was first increased and then decreased, And soluble protein content and cold hardiness was positively related, by analysis of variance between the different treatment time,wo can Conclud:With the cold time of the treatment longer, will produce a lasting impact to the content of PRO of 3 varieties. 5.With the decrease of artificial temperature, SOD activity of 3 varieties dcreased, And SOD activity and cold hardiness was positively related, by analysis of variance between the different treatment time,wo can Conclud:With the cold time of the treatment longer, will produce a lasting impact to the content of SOD activity.6.With the decrease of artificial temperature, ABA content of 3 varieties was M-trends were, And ABA content and cold hardiness was positively related, by analysis of variance between the different treatment time,wo can Conclud:With the cold time of the treatment longer, will produce a lasting impact to the content of ABA.7. According to subjection function value analysis about 3 varieties, cold resistance in the order:Weigela florida'Goldrush'> Weigela'Styriaca'> Caryopteris clandonensis'Kew Blue'8. In adaptive in the winter assessment:Weigela'Styriaca'and Weigela florida 'Goldrush'Were rated as 2,and Caryopteris clandonensis'Kew Blue'was rated as 6.9. Phenologieal observation shows tha Weigela'Styriaca', Weigela florida'Goldrush' Later than the germination of origin,and Caryopteris clandonensis'Kew Blue'germinated latest.10. Growth rhythm observation shows that Weigela'Styriaca', Weigela florida 'Goldrush'are the Fast-growing species,but Caryopteris clandonensis'Kew Blue'is the late-growing species.11. (?)we can concluded that:Cutting propagation in experiment,lower concentrations of hormone soaked, ABT1at 100mg/l,200 mg/l has significant effect on rooting rate to Weigela'Styriaca'for 24 h treatment,but ABT,IAA,IBA200 mg/1 has significant effect on rooting rate to Weigela florida'Goldrush'for 24 h treatment.12. we can concluded that:Cutting propagation in experiment,higher concentrations of hormone soaked, ABT1at 500mg/has significant effect on rooting rate to Weigela'Styriaca' and Weigela florida'Goldrush'for 1 min treatment.
