The Clinic Study On Inflammatory External Heorrhoids Treated Withanti-infl Ammatory Pain Relief Cream

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the anti-inflammatory pain relief cream to the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids.Methods:In this Clinical observation of 50 cases of patients with inflammatory external hemorrhoids are the Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital of Anorectal from September 2008 to June 2009 patients,including 28 males and 22 females,aged 17 to 56 years. Random number table,Patients were randomly divided into two groups:25 cases in the treatment group and 25 cases in the control group.there were no significant difference in gender, age and course of disease between the two groups which are comparable. The treatment group was given anti-inflammatory pain Ointment, the control group were given Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment,correspondingly 1:5000 potassium permanganate,10 to 15 minutes after the hip bath hemorrhoids external application of the surface of 8 to 10 hours,twice a day, for continuous 7 days,respectively, in the treatment of the first 3 days,5 days,7 days,Select inflammatory external hemorrhoids common clinical symptoms and signs such as rectal pain,rectal bulge,hemorrhoids the size of change,hemorrhoids and other indicators to change the surface mucosa were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group and the clinical group were 96% and 80%,With statistical approach, there were significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:The anti-inflammatory pain relief cream has the effect of clearing and detoxifying,promoting blood circulation and pain relief, dampness swelling,bleeding sores convergence effect,it can obviously reduce anal pain and heavy feeling, can improve local blood circulation and lymphatic circulation, and promote the dispersion and absorption of inflammatory, during the treatment no obviously side effects and local skin allergies,it is safe and feasible for the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids.The method is simple,portable,inexpensive,effective,using safety and accepted by extensive patient very easily, it is an ideal preparation to the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids.
