Objective:This study is intended to coronary heart disease arrhythmias in rabbits as a model to explore the heart of Yang Xin Qi,activating blood and shock as a rule set which consists of the benefit is scheduled to shock decoction on coronary heart arrhythmia model of fast ion channels in cardiac cells,its extensive use in the clinical basis.Method:Combined with high-fat diet fed intravenously. Adrenaline quick way to copy the coronary heart disease arrhythmias rabbit model,28 rabbits were randomly divided into model control group, Tang Yi- Xin will shock treatment group, given shock YiXin Tang control group, amiodarone group, and the other take 7 only gives you a blank control group, rabbits in each group were observed and compared arrhythmia appearance time, duration, and the rabbits in each group using colorimetry myocardial Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity.Results:Yixin Tang will shock treatment group, Yixin Tang will shock control group, amiodarone group and model control group, rapid arrhythmia time delay, duration shortened, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);model the control group and bland control group, myocardial Na+-K+-ATPase activity decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Yixin will shock decoction group, given shock Yixin Tang control group, amiodarone group with the model control group, myocardial Na+-K+-ATPase activity increased significantly (P<0.05); be scared Yixin Tang control group and given shock decoction group myocardial Na+-K+-ATPase activity increased significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yixin Tang can be scared rabbits hyperlipidemia arrhythmia tachyarrhythmias time delay, duration shortened; centering will shock soup can improve the approximation of hyperlipidemia myocardial tissue in rabbits tachyarrhythmia Na+-K+-ATPase activity in this may be hyperlipidemia prevention and control of its fast-one of the mechanisms of arrhythmia.
