The Analysis On The Correlation Factors And Syndromes Of Tcm As Well As Constitution Of The Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective:Through the statistical analysis of literature and document as well as the clinical investigation,explore the syndromes of TCM about CPID,the disposition regularity of constitution and the morbility correlation factors,analyze the associativity between the syndromes of TCM and constitution,initially obtain the basic syndromes of TCM and relevant clinical information about CPID,to make a foundation for the clinical syndrome differentiation,standarlized treatment and diagnosis as well as the prevention and nursing of CPID.Methods:Retrived literature about the syndromes of TCM about CPID in the past ten years,analyzed its disposition regularity of constitution.Under the foundation of the research about the literature,followed the method of clinical epidemiology,designed unified constitution questionnaire, acquisition of information and the morbility correlation factors questionaire,randomly investigate the CPID patients and the females in the control group,obtained the detailed constitution characters,clinical symptoms,morbility correlation factor patients of CPID and the informations of the control group.Results:Through the analysis of literature, the syndrome of stagnation of damp-heat and the qi-stagnancy blood stasis syndrome were the main syndromes of CPID.Through the clinical investigation, the constitution type of CPID were the damp-heat and blood stasis constitution.The main syndrome were the stagnation of damp-heat and the blood stasis combined with kidney deficiency.The morbility of CPID was closely related to the factors such as sex life, infection case history about genital duct, mode of contraception,frequency of abortion, operation history of uterine and vaginal irrigation.Conclusions:1.The morbidity of CPID is closely related to the constitution.The main susceptible constitution is damp-heat constitution as well as the blood stasis one.2.The patient characterized by damp-heat constitution often appears in stagnation of damp-heat syndrome, meanwhile, the patient characterized by blood stasis constitution often appears in blood stasis combined with kedney deficiency syndrome.4.The morbility of CPID was closely related to the factors such as sex life, infection case history about genital duct, mode of contraception,frequency of abortion, operation history of uterine and vaginal irrigation.5.The constitution is adjustable.Through early intervention such as diet regulation, pleasant mode, physical exercises and drug prophylaxis,the incidence of CPID can be reduced effectively.
