Objective:On the basis of specification in the TCM Syndrome Differentiation, according to deficiency of spleen and kidney yang, alpine type Kaschin-Beck Disease, Blockage of pathogenesis and clinical symptoms characteristic of proprietary Chinese medicines were screened for targeted large sample, randomized controlled clinical trial clear therapeutic effect.Method:127 cases of adult KBD patients(deficiency of spleen and kidney yang, blockage of cold and wet type) are from Rangtang county Aba state.64 cases were divided into treatment group and 63 cases were divided into control group randomly. The treatment group received home-made Chinese patent medicine that is called beck I in our hospital, and the control group Kangguzhengsheng film. A course of 3 months each group.Result:In treatment group,19 cases were markedly effective,36 cases were effective,8 cases were invalid, total effective rate 87.3%; In control group,13 patients were markedly effective,31 cases were effective,17 cases were invalid, the total effective rate 72.1%. Before treatment, joint pain, symptoms and signs scores and no significant difference between points, and the symptom score after treatment was statistically significant pain points (P<0.05), and the treatment group better than the control group. Course of treatment, both groups were any adverse reactions.Conclusion:Kaschin-Beck No. I and Kangguzhengsheng film treatment in deficiency of spleen and kidney yang,, Kashin-Beck disease alpine type Blockage all have some effect, but based on syndrome differentiation,the selection of Kaschin-Beck I on the efficacy is better than anti-bone proliferation film, and the course of treatment without adverse reactions.
