Objective:Using gene chip signal transduction observed the role of management generations Li ChongShengSuiYin gene expression profile of ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3,Screen the different expressed genes, investigate the mechanism from aspects of signal transduction of Chinese herbal formula LiChongShengSuiYin on human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3.Methods:Wistar rats were divited into two group at random and treated with drugs, prepared the drug serum. Extracted the mRNA from the control group and LCSSB group tumor cell, prepared DNA probe and marked them with Two fluorescent dyes,Cy3 and Cy5, hybridized with the cDNA microarray, and then received a difference of gene expression through scanning and analysis.Result:102 genes significant differences in expression were screened out, of which up-and-down regulated gene were 19 and 83 respective. The representative genes up-regulated is PTEN, Vavl and FADD, and the down-regulated genes in is R-Ras and HIF-1A..Conclution:1. Li Chong ShengSuiYin can regulate human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3 signal transduction related genes.2. Li Chong ShengSuiYin by upregulating PTEN, Vavl, FADD gene and reduced R-Ras, HIF-1A gene expression of ovarian cancer, play an anti-cancer, inhibit metastasis, improve immune function and increased sensitivity to the role of chemotherapy.
